The concept is awesome. But the product doesn't work well. There are some switches that take many attempts by hand to turn on. Also, there's been issues with connecting them to apps - paid for an electrician a couple of times to sort this out, even after having the switches replaced, still same issues.nAnd reading through the other reviews, I can see this is a common occurrence :/ Great concept, but look elsewhere for product.

Drove for over 2 hours to visit there showroom on a Saturday to find they had moved from 2/143 Keys road over a year ago, and when they answered their mobile, informed that although the web site said they were open till 4.00pm they had decided not to bother opening today.nWith that level of respect for customers and business practises, what attention do you think they will give to procuring quality product?

The switch stopped working after 2 years and the owner was not happy to replace it. Not worth the price. Also. Now have to pay to electrician to get it replaced.

Zigbee smart home devices with local certification. Great and cost effective way to get into smart home automation. Their App and reliability of scene switches should be improved.
