Fast dispatch speed at time of virus outbreak will shop again

I mistakenly ordered and took delivery of a brand-new modem-router from PCLIVE which was not compatible with my NBN internet account. My error, but PCLIVE offered to take it back and refund 95% of what I paid, although they could no longer sell it as brand-new. This was a most generous offer and I commend them for this. They are obviously a business with customer care at the forefront and of high integrity.
