I have been dealing with these guys over the phone for the past few weeks. All members of staff that I have spoken to have been exceptionally helpful and polite (particularly Hugh!). I ended up unfortunately returning the instrument I purchased as it wasn't quite what was needed, but they made the whole experience easy and stress free. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Amazing staff that provide advice they offer to any person that is a beginner-intermediate in my experience. Stopped in today to purchase a violin for my sister who was completely new to the violin and had one of the lady staff (one with the glasses).nnGave us helpful and useful advice on which violin such be bought and really addressed our questions clearly and had very good attention to detail when listening to the information my sister and I were providing her in order to pick an appropriate violin.nnVery enthusiastic and attentive and gave necessary and beneficial advice. Will definitely be back, had a very positive experience. Keep it up.
Huge range of brass and woodwind plus a great repair shop with truly dedicated specialists. I just left an alto in the shop for some TLC these guys put a light inside it to check the pads are sealing and were really informative I think their customer service and attention to detail is second to none 10/10 in all areas!!!
I've always been pleased with the excellence of service at Ozstrings from the purchase and setup of my cello to replacing a string and tuning recently. They have a good variety of stringed instruments and good luthiers for setup and preparation before sale.
