Ted's Cameras Chadstone

I dropped in to Ted's at Chadstone by chance, and found out that they were offering a six day sale on Canon. I was very interested, and was served by Van Wu. Purchasing a new camera has been on my agenda for this year, but was not something I wanted to rush.nHowever, Van's professionalism, incredible customer service and knowledge made me decide to purchase. When being served by him initially, I was very impressed that he was prepared to answer all of my questions, spend as much time as I wanted to, give me honest advice about my needs rather than pushing for a large sale, all to provide me with a quote.nWhen I came back a few days later, I witnessed Van providing exactly the same level of service and care to another customer.nHe is a real asset to your team, and I will be sure to come back to be served by him next time I visit Teds.

The service I have received at Ted's Chadstone is exemplary. I've had some prints done from precious artworks and as well as doing a perfect job with them, Emily took a great interest in the prints. Then I wanted to upgrade my camera and Andreas went through my requirements with me so thoroughly, choosing the perfect camera and lens for my needs. I am so grateful. Van WU went above and beyond standard customer service to help us get 2 different cameras as a gift for my 12 year old child. Not only did he take the time to run through the various brands and the differences in them and made recommendations, he also set up both cameras and showed my 12 year old how to use them. Thus we left the shop with 2 fully functional cameras, all set up and all ready to go with memory card, storage bag rather than spending a day or two figuring out from the instruction manual re how to set things up and how to operate the cameras. This above and beyond customer service enabled my 12 year old child to start enjoying the new gift straight away. Thanks a million Van for the top customer service which took well over an hour!

I printed and framed a photo at Teds Chadstone and was served by Andrew. I was blown away by Andrew’s professionalism, knowledge and customer service. This was hands down the best experience I have had at any camera/print store. Highly recommend you speak with Andrew for his advice and service!
