Samsung Chadstone

Visited today to buy a new phone. Was served by Shauna - a very pleasant and helpful young woman. They didn't have in stock the phone and colour I wanted but she contacted their Doncaster store who found what I wanted and held it for me to collect. Thank you Shauna for 5-star service.nVisited the store again (2 days later) to request some help with my new phone. This time I was assisted efficiently, promptly and pleasantly by Karen. Thank you very much, Karen.nHowever I award ZERO stars to the call centre in the Philippines. They demanded to know why I wanted to call the store, and either could not or would not provide a phone number. Your 1 300 number is useless. Company needs to provide phone numbers to enable contact with stores.

The service is horrendous! Went there to buy a replacement battery for my Samsung Tab Active 3 as per advice from the Samsung online customer service. Spoke to one of their sales representatives named Alana who has no product knowledge and customer service skill! She told me there is no way I can get a replacement battery as my tablet is from Jurassic year since Samsung stopped producing tablet with removal battery ages ago. Samsung just launched this new tablet end of 2020! Then she kept going back and forth to a senior sales rep who is standing 3 steps away from us and find out more information. That is really annoying. She came back with a solution, she asked me to bring my tablet in to see what kind of battery is suitable for my tablet, so that she might be able to order for me. Seriously? Just a click away, she can clearly see online there's only one kind of battery for my tablet but too lazy to find out! Please get out of being in front line if you are too lazy to even provide customers service or to learn more bout your company products! Shame!

Came to Samsung in Chadstone with New phone problems. I'm not very savvy with phone's but Tristan was fantastic. He was patient and treated me with so much kindness. Nothing was too much trouble and he fixed everything. Samsung ate lucky to have him.

Phone issue not resolved after going there twice. Just get the same answer, phone reset, updated software. The phone has a hardware issue that needs resolving but Samsung refuse to do anything about it. Stuck with a Ultra S21 that I can only use 3G with reliably.

Despite of the size they some how manage to have a good variety of products available for the consumer. Staff is helpful and friendly and they know a lot about the products they sell. I wish they open a larger dedicated store where you can also see other Samsung products such as home appliances and another device rather than cellphones.
