Leica Store Chadstone

I have been dealing with the Leica chadstone store for a few years now for my purchases as well as warranty claims. The 2 people that stand out are Cornelius and Jonathan. Always a warm welcome and an offer for coffee. Dealing with a cheerful team who is always ready to listen and accommodate my needs is an absolute pleasure and a rare quality. I have been very impressed with the level of knowledge and experience of both Cornelius and Jonathan in recommending products and providing great after sales service.I cannot recommend them highly enough. So when you’re in chadstone next even if buying a Leica is not on your radar yet I would recommend you to visit their store for a friendly chat and a coffee along with trying out some of the legendary Leica products.

I had a great experience at the Leica store at Chadstone. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their store was well-presented and clean.nnI liked how the staff were happy to discuss all things photography and were knowledgeable about the industry as well as their products. They even offered me a coffee, and after telling them I'm a crazy non-coffee drinker were quick to offer caffeine alternatives to accomodate me!nnWhilst the Leica equipment is impressive, there is also a great range of camera accessories with top brands that compliment the high quality the store upholds.nnOverall, a great experience from this store whose staff are clearly passionate about the brand. I wouldn't hesitate to be back!

Stuffs are very nice. Johnathorn and Lin, they are so professional not only for Leica products but the photograph. very friendly. feelling really good.

Beautiful store with very friendly, knowledgable staff who really love photography. The coffee is fantastic too!

I won't star it beyond the medium, because Google makes me have to in order to post, because overall, I'd feel out of place to say the least, but walking into a Leica store is like walking into Louis Vuitton - it cuts both ways for staff and customers alike - so many 'tyre kicker' time wasters walk in, this is a drag for the staff but on the other hand then walks in 'Happy Joe' in shorts and thongs wanting to drop $20K on a Leica M with a matching summicron lens - you can't solve this dilemma.nnI'm a Fuju-Xt2 shooter - read:- Mr Leica's Japanese mistress..
