Worse customer service.nThey don’t even apologise for their inconvenient service.nHaven’t received any tracking information and they told me my bank payment showed pending once I called and they haven’t even shipped it. And for that they haven’t even contacted or even a message as I thought it will be delivered in 5-7days.

Always great service from Michael - prompt and polite.nItems always delivered very quickly, usually the next day. I had a minor issue with a damaged flash tube and Michael resolved it immediately and without any fuss.
