The car is still clean as a whole, but it feels relatively old. What surprised me most is that the car close to 7 meters does not have a reverse camera.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been renting a Britz van for a week now. Front passenger door won't lock so we’ve had to cancel all plans that involve us leaving the van unattended. Our battery died and it took them over a half day to get back to us, we ended up paying for roadside assistance ourselves in the meanwhile. Battery has died a few times since, we initially thought it was us but there’s clearly something wrong with this van. Van wasn't cleaned properly at all either, there's an old dry contact lens in front of the microwave and a tub of tiger balm in the shower. Disgusting in covid-19 times!! Side door window doesn’t close fully so a lot of cold air comes in at night and the heater is too loud to have on all night. Awful smell coming out of the sink, even before we used the water! Pillows are stained. Car horn goes off for no reason (even with hand break down). Edit: they offered us a replacement van in the end which we did decline as we didn’t want to have to go through moving everything from one van to the other (we already lost 2 days going up to the Sydney & Brisbane branches) and decided to just take our valuables with us every time we left the van

Our Mighty Camper was great value for money and was really clean and tidy and the whole process was very smooth. Great fuel economy, and there’s nothing like the flexibility of a campervan. We booked at the last minute and honestly would’ve gone for something newer by preference, but the only downside was the vehicle had 270k km on it and was showing its age a little with some rattles. The upside is that it was cheaper, and I’d rate it as fabulous value.

Their service is a joke. One, I had to stop by at the mechanics 2x for issues with water tank, water pump and headlights. It took customer support ages to reply. Two, they charged me over 100$ in total for processing unpaid toll fines. The worst part of it all is that their service doesn't give you sufficient information on Australian tolls. They'll just tell you that there's different tolls you need to pay without directing you to specific authorities/sites. Onsite staff was friendly but only in Cairns. The rest - not worth the money.

Best prices for this period. Staff was very helpful. They keep the bike bags during the journey.
