Spoke to Angelica over the phone and she was absolutely wonderful. Whilst she couldn't find the specific shoe I wanted she was able to direct me to another store that did. Rarely have I spoken to a salesperson so polite and helpful. 5 stars!

My choice for the past two years. They always provide me the best collection. Since I am their regular customer they have even provided me discounts. Would use them again.

Even though the place can become easily crowded, the staff is doing his best to help whenever required. I have been to a few stores of the same brand and this level of service is rare. Thanks, I will visit again!

Was impressed with the level of service received by friendly bespectacled guy. He went above & beyond in his attempts to source a product they did not have in store. Employer should be well pleased to have an individual so competent & diligent on his team.

I went to Melbourne Central store last Sunday, found a pair of shoes been discounted at 50% off with a special yellow tag on it. However the staff was very rude, and refused to sell the shoes to me, even threw the box to the ground. She also said that I put the discounted tag and sticker on it. This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced before.
