Dr. Beshara was kind and caring. The nurse was so lovely, she made me feel comfortable during the tests. At first I was a bit skeptic to come here coz of the bad reviews but I decided to give it a go and in the end I had a good experience with this clinic.

It's been a long while since I'd attended a medical practice because of my previous experiences with them (see my other reviews). After looking around and asking a few people...I decided to try my luck here.nnMade a booking online with HealthEngine (quick and easy to do) a few days in advance and confirmed on the day via SMS. Worst receptionist I've ever encountered, incredibly rude and insensitive. Dr. Beshara about the same; lacking in compassion and basic listening skills.

Amazing caring doctors and great staff! Excellent service all round! They have always gone out of their way to care for my family and I. I highly recommend them and am so glad I found them!

Started going here as it was close by and initially the practice was decently run. However each time I have been since the staff have been increasingly rude and frustrating to deal with. I understand that the practice can be busy and stressful to manage at times but the way the reception staff talk to patients is unacceptable.
