Was a lovely experience as someone who is nervous about getting blood taken. The lady I had was lovely and talkative.

rude and unhelpful. door locked during opening hours with sign indicating that two patients are inside while it is clearly empty and unattended. when she finally returned and asked to see patient 15 mins early as was in a rush was told no because she was too busy (in her empty clinic).

Sub standard collection centre. Continual delays on opening at stated times. Customer service is not the priority there. My advice is to go somewhere else.
