Applecross Eye Clinic

Was advised that I needed to update Medicare and then call back for my rebate.nnMedicare advised that Applecross Eye Clinic needed to call them on the Service Provider Number or peruse their website for a list of error codes and how to resolve them.nnI called the practise to advise same and was told that they don't have the staff to ring Medicare and 'sit on the phone all day'. That its my problem before being hung up.nnPoor form. Would not recommend and am asking my GP for a referral to a practise that cares for its patients.
