Dr.Ross Manners

refuses to fill out paperwork to treat those with illicit substance uses. health organisation has informed me that it does not go against their standards he is just a lazy practitioner. receptionists give out false information and use the excuse they are new and dont actually know what they are doing or saying.

In a short period of time I felt heard and understood.

Finally a Doctor who actually listened and understood what my son was going through and willing to help !! After so many knock backs and fighting daily for my son to get help a door finally opened. Thank you so much, such a relief my boy can be himself again. Without the support from Dr Manners I don’t think he would be here anymore. Forever grateful !

Personally, I found Dr Ross Manners very condescending and emotionally detached. I had experienced two of his receptionists... one was very polite however, the other was abrupt, unprofessional and in generaln... an extremely rude person!nI personally, wouldn't reccomend seeing him.

Dr Manners is caring, kind and very knowledgeable. He listened to us and he helped our son.nOur son felt heard!!nnThank you so much!!
