1. Had to ask multiple times for my results to get sent back to my doctor.nn2. Certain staff member became very rude and aggressive when said i was interested in getting surgery to help solve my snoring problem and to go as far as to lie and started to swear.nn3. Way to overpriced and when told I found another clinic that is cheaper and offers the same service and machine, I was told I won't receive the same care and I'm wasting time and money and started again to be be aggressive.nnWouldn't recommend and there is better places out there.

Great service to begin with until it’s time to buy their machines! Young ladies on the counter were great, however the “sleep therapists” and what I think was the owner/manager became saleswomen! Felt like I was at a car dealership with the aggressive sales style.nnWas threatened multiple times with laws and responsibility, once the trial period ends they no longer care about your situation, only trying to sell their stock (must be commissioned base). The fact these people can still be in business gobsmacks me. Even once I advised that I had taken my treatment elsewhere at a better cost ($2500 on the spot for a CPAP machine) they still would not let up and we’re extremely aggressive and condescending as I walked out.nnIf your Gp refers you for a sleep test, avoid this group at all costs. I cannot stress this enough!

I have had nothing but excellent service from these guys. The offices are indeed clean, they are NOT dirty. The staff is incredibly friendly and so happy to help you when ever you need it. My sleep test had issues and they wired me up themselves at no lay out from me. I was told I had severe sleep apnea and this was backed up by the monitors at King Edwars after an operation I had not long after the test where my oxygen alarm kept going off due to my poor oxygen when I sleep. At the moment I am doing a cpap trial and have never felt so good. I have more concentration, I sleep better and my husband has noticed the difference. When they tell you there is an issue with sleep apnea and your licence, THIS IS NOT MADE UP and can be confirmed by your GP and the transport department. These guys really are magnificent. Yes the machines are not cheap but you do get a payment option which is worth the money. If you snore, sleep during the day or are exhausted all the time then please please please see Steve and his amazing staff. They really are amazing. I've only been on it a week and already my life has changed. These guys are worth the time and effort.

Ridiculous and only after moneynnTold me I was so severe my license would be effected and when I said I didn't have the hundreds of dollars for further testing she then said it was better than killing my children in a car accident! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. PATHETIC

I have always had excellent service from them. They are very professional and have always gone the extra mile. My sleep and my breathing have improved tremendously over the years thanks to them. Keep doing what you do! :)
