Very good, diagnosed and treated me very well. He also treated my partner and has done a wonderful job, diagnosed her rare condition and organised her treatment very well

Very disappointed. Rushed consultation and completely misdiagnosed both of my children.

The rating isn't for the Dr.nThe reception lady spoke very hesitantly. I enquired if the Dr does a Chalazion removal and she said she doesn't know what it is. I spelt the word and after few back and forth finally understood, yet couldn't tell me the cost of the procedure until I come for a consult first. Well then..

Mr Ham has performed a few eye operations on myself (different issues). I have always found Mr Ham to be professional, courteous, trustworthy, and extremely capable. He also cares for his elderly patients, regardless of whether public or private. His staff members are also really courteous and willing to help. Mr Ham also made himself available to assist my father with his vision problems, which we really appreciated.

I really liked Mr Ham, did not keep me waiting too long. He listened to me and gave me time to explain what was happening. Was thorough in examining my eyes and gave me options. He was a marked improvement from the last guy I saw!
