Waiting over an hour for a pre-booked 15-minute appointment does not make sense and epitomizes the quality of service. Get rid of back-to-back 15-minute appointments throughout the day and allow some recovery time in between for doctors so that they can see patients on time. Had an appointment at 2:45 today and waited until 3:56 !!!nI prefer this facility as it happens to be close to my workplace. Doctors are good; however, the waiting time for visitors is just frustrating and it is consistent.

Office staff were really helpful and courteous when preparing for four new patients. In-person booking was easy despite us needing four consecutive consultations. Doctor was on time and and outstanding with our children. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!nUPDATE: My 3 year old was quite sick yesterday and I walked into the clinic wanting to see a doctor without an appointment. We were told there might be a wait, which was fine my me, but we were called in by a doctor ((not our regular GP, but still very good) within a few minutes!

Doctors are like robots than have zero communication skills. Used to be able to walk in and see a doctor in around an hour (maybe a bit longer) but now its a 10 day wait.

Contacted to get medical test results and it was absolutely shocking and disappointing how rude the Occupational Health Administrator was.

Absolutely shocking customer service by reception. Spent 10+minutes on and off of hold to be told its 'flat out' to come in and see the place basically empty with one of the receptionists standing around having a casual conversation. When i bring this to the other receptionists attention i'm instantly greeted with rolling of the eyes and attitude. Then made her aware of my current infection to just get shrugged at. Ridiculous. Only positive comment is the nurse was very kind and helpful.
