Clinipath Pathology South Perth Hospital

This is the second time I've tried to get bloods done here. The first time no one was there because they were at the hospital taking blood and this time the woman told she was just about to go to the hospital so I shoud go to the clinilab nearby. I went there and they were at lunch for an hour.

Absolutely gutted. I had to book my appointment because it's a genetic test and I turned up 20 minutes before opening time to make sure I got to do it before university and work. I got told that it would be over an hour wait because she was busy at the hospital and I should just deal with it because it's not like it's urgent. I expressed my frustration because I can't just go somewhere else or come back at a different day or time. I came before the clinic opened and gave myself an hour to do a blood test that should be 10 minutes MAX. I was the 2nd person to arrive and got turned away. I will be penalised at school for this because I have to wait or forfeit a $425 test! The woman was so rude and lacked empathy. She told me to calm down and I started crying (I'm pregnant so I'm super hormonal). If you're so busy at the hospital then get more damn staff!!!!!

I called for blood result and lady who picked up the ph. Is very rude. She told me wirte down the number and to ensure dnt call me back, when i missplaced the number and called back. She has to learn some telephone etiquettesud83dude21

Can’t rate higher as never got to see anyone. Bell was never answered. Presence wasn’t acknowledged, not even sure if there was anyone there. Waste of time don’t bother go elsewhere.

Arrived at 0830 for a fasting blood test. No one there. Bell answered 10 minutes later, phlebotomist says go elsewhere because I can’t see you for another 40 minutes as she had hospital patients to do.nDon’t bother going.
