Dr Jafri has been incredible. His expertise is invaluable as he dealt with our two complicated, post transplant sons. He removed a tumour from one boys ear and did grommets for the other. He showed us great kindness and is amazing at what he does. Sometimes the girls take a bit to answer the phone, but clearly they are under pressure and really, it's a small price to pay to be in the hands of a fabulous surgeon. We would do a 10 hour round trip to see him on appointment days!

Dr Fiona Whelan is amazing. My first grommet was done under full anaesthetic. My previous ENT never mention an option to do it on the chair with local anaesthetic. Dr Whelan did and it’s been easy and great. I would recommend Dr Whelan to anyone who need an ENT. :)

I found Dr Whelan most helpful and thorough after I had a hearing test. I had experienced tinnutis in my left ear after micro suction for ear wax in early September.nI am now about to have an MRI and Dr Whelan told me she would contact me herself as soon as possible when she received the results.nShe is professional and reassuring which is what I needed!

Dr fiona whelan was great I dont understand the negative reviews. Acoarse the assessment will be quick a specialist with high experience such as her would know what she was looking at straight away. She was very good at explaining and was very professional with looking in my throat with a camera a well honest and upfront doctor which is what u want. I couldn't be happier she obviously has great understanding of her job. No specialist will be cheap but ur health is much more important...!

Making appointment over the phone is impossible. Staff never seem to answer the phone. Waited for as long as half an hour without being contacted to receptionist. This is absurd situation.
