Just drove to the service centre in Perth to discover they no longer have a drop off servicing option. Iwas told by the Customer Service rep whilst stood outside the centre that previously I had been lucky to live in a city that had a service centre drop off and I would receive an email of instructions on how to get my thermomix to the service centre that I was stood outside of. Poor form - Therommix Perth
I’ve just recently had a not so good experience with Thermomix,I called them asking if I could drop my thermomix of on Monday because we would be in Perth from the country and we would be going passed,they told me that’s not possible because they don’t have a drop off point.So I asked them “why”they said because of safety reasons.Well,, I guess we can blame covid every other business has a front office or a drop off point which is open and functioning so what’s the difference,it was so unpractical special when I’m going passed so the only choice was to send it.I’m happy, I don’t have to pay postage your service is always so good ,but this is rediculous. It’s sometimes very hard for country people specially when they live a long way from a PO.
