Took a laptop for battery replacement. I provided the battery. No problems they said. Got a call after 48 hours.....sorry mate, we can't replace the battery. We don't have the tools for the job.

Very impressed with these guys. I explained my computer issue over the phone and the technician diagnosed the problem immediately.nI had rang around to other computer repair places in Broome and these chaps had the most competitive rates.nI took my computer in at 4:30pm and it was ready by 4:30pm the next day!nThey charged me the amount as promised and my computer works now just as I need it to.nDefinitely recommended.
I was given a laptop from online with faulty hardware, Eclipse Kimberley was sent the replacement and replaced the faulty part with the new one in good time
Great computer store with local staff. Very helpful with any computer, laptop or IT support problems. Just watch out for that Jade guy ;) He's the guy you want for the best service!
