Promptly replied to my email query which resulted in a quick over-the-phone sale. Even shipped it out the same day.
Can't even respond to their emails. Sent two over two different days and it's been over a week for a simple question. Lost my business to Harvey Norman. For future reference if the email listed as your email address is no longer valid please update it, shouldn't be hard because you're a computer store.
I don't want to give this place one star. Poor customer service, extortionate prices for very little work. It took them 3 full days to 'diagnose' my issue with an Iphone (screen replacement), charged me $75 for the inconvenience, then quoted another $220 and 7-10 days for the repair. There was no way I was going to give them any more business that I had. Please do not consult these guys for any repairs. They completely ripped me off. I actually went straight from their store once I picked my phone up to Jack at Broome Iphone repairs. He was shocked by their standard of service, high prices and lack of work they had done on my device. I will be heading back to Leading Edge for a refund.
Helpful and well priced! Matching Perth apple prices. Ex demo model as new. Wouldn't even know it had been on display. Thank you. Would recommend locals shop local at this store.
Not a large selection available, over priced but good customer service and very well laid out more for business then public
