I needed to arrange a rental property for the company I work for as we will be completing work on a local project in the coming months. Being based in Sydney and having no knowledge of the area or market I was pleased to be working with Rachel and Shelley. Im very disappointed about their service. We provide all documents and after couple of weeks they call us to said we got our lease. And surprise next day they told us to go and find a new agency because they will not give us the lease. You guys are not professional. And we already gave notice where we are living.nVery bad experience... especially my hubby and I both work full time in town

Want applications to be filled out complete with personal information just to view a house you may be interested in renting. Typically not standard practices for realestate agents, applications generally happen after when the house is suitable and you wish to apply. Would not recommend, decided to go elsewhere.
