Hi have been pacient here a very long time the doctor's and staff are exceptional

I just went to get a sample tested by nurse and was taken straight into the doctors before hand and seen . No appointment . Had an appointment for tomorrow afternoon which was cancelled as all my things sorted out today . Not many doctors are good like this and efficient . Well done Railway Ave docs .

Dont waste your time here. Received no help with back pain and took them 5 visits to be told im ineligible for a care plan. Seems like a money grabbing practice with b grade drs.

I’ve been going here for years and really like my GP. However, I’m not a huge fan of one of the receptionists in particular. She comes across as quiet cold and rude when speaking to her in person and over the phone. Not overly friendly or helpful at all. Such a shame.

After attending an appointment today i would have to say it was the worst experience I have had at a doctor surgery. The receptionist was rude, and the doctor I saw was the most uncaring and non interested doctor I have been to. It is defenentley first at last time I or my family will attend this doctor surgery.
