Most of the time it's just about impossible to get through on the phone.nAfter being on hold for several minutes regarding an important issue I gave up. I called back another two times later in the day and the same thing happened.nThis is a common occurrence and shouldn't being happening.

I'm writing a review in regards to Dr Adrian Jameson.nI was recommended to see him to get a second opinion while waiting for an appointment to come in the mail as I was stressing a little bit. I'm glad I did as he took the time to explain every single bit of my referral letter which my other doctor didn't hens why I was stressing. There is a bit of a wait time but you can call prior to your appointment to see if you should come in later, the wait time is because he actually spends the time with his patients explaining things and going through everything very thoroughly.

Went in after very serious elbow injury that is stopping me from sleeping and everything. Asked for a script for some pain killers that will actually work while I sleep and was sent out with a script for over the counter ibuprofen which to be honest doesn't work. I feel they are trying to make money off the bulk billing consultation without actually helping anybody!

Admin and nursing staff are all excellent. Most doctors are great also. Experienced podiatrist and excellent Pathology. All good things come to those who wait...come prepared to wait, its worth it for the exceptional care.
