PathWest Armadale (Armadale Health Service)

Been waiting over 3 weeks to get results back on the gender of our baby when it should only take a week. Then we're told the results have been sent to our gp, so we book an appointment only to be told the results aren't in and they don't know how long it will take to get them. We've already paid $425 to get the results but we're going to find out the gender of the baby through the 20 week scan before the results are in so it was a complete waste of time and money. Would avoid this place at all costs if possible

poor customer service. Run by old phlebotomist, fierce and rough. Well thats my experience . Id suggest go to other pathwest if wherever possible

I did not have to wait. Friendly staff.

Go somewhere else if you want to do GTT, even with an appointment, you are left waiting an hour for the initial test and that is first thing in the morning
