Rude and unwelcoming, use another post office if you can

Really rude people here.

After several times of dealing with the older man. I am pretty sure that there must be something wrong with him, this person is very rude and racist. What a shame to the post.

Rude and unhelpful

Terrible customer service from a male (not sure his name or position). Called them if they deliver parcel to China. And got a reply 'no we don't' then hung up the phone immediately. Nothing else. I was shocked by his attitude. Called again, a girl got the phone and say yes they can deliver parcel to China. I feel insulted by the male there. Could any kind people let me know how to make a complain about it so others do not get the same bad experience like mine? It is a shame I have so many good time with many lovely people in Australia but met this guy today...
