The most friendly helpful staff in a small suburban locale, saves having to queue for ages in large impersonal crowded major post office. Highly recommended.

the worst customer service in australia. the lady said, as the covid 19 time, i canot sign the name by myself and the lady sign cov19 at the sign machine. it is super bad experience. the lady said it is the company's police, and she wrote all customers' name as same cov19.

Horrible service! Went in to pick up a package while wearing my son in a baby carrier. The lady asked me “ why would you wear that he looks uncomfortable and I can’t see him” I undid the side and showed her him sleeping. She then couldn’t find my package. Finally when she did she proceeded to look at my licence and that the person in the photo “ wasn’t wearing glasses or a hat and had a fat face” I took my hat off and my glasses and proceeded to tell her I was pregnant during the picture but thanks. She then asked me what was in my package. Funnily enough it was a winter carrier. Then told me I don’t need a winter carrier as it’s coming into summer! How is it your staff’s business what I purchase and when and also how I parent! Thanks for the boost of confidence 🙄

Worst service ever!! I havent received my packaging but it says it has been delivered. And the lady spoken on the phone just easily speaking nothing they can do about it and hung up the phone right after! Rude!
