Australia Post - Lindisfarne LPO

The guy there gave me a very bad attitude, I mean extremely bad (maybe because I’m an non-white person), while being so nice to the other customers he knows. And he was trying to make things difficult for me, he must thought I know nothing.

Very helpful, friendly manager and staff.

Phoned today to check whether my express post parcel had arrived. I expected to wait a while as I have waited in the queue to be served by the staff & know it gets very busy at times, however, my call was answered on my second try and my query dealt with in a very friendly and pleasant manner by Annabelle. I happened to see the previous reviews when doing a Google search for the phone number so didn't expect too much but I was pleasantly surprised and want to give some balance to previous comments. 10/10 for my experience today! 😊

Exceptional help in returning my husband's cremains to the US. Went the extra mile to make sure they had the most current regulations. Lovely people.

Don't bother trying to call, they just leave the phone off the hook. Very slack.
