Australia Post

I go regularly to this Post Office. I have never encountered anything but friendly and helpful service. In addition, the shop is well laid out and stocked.

exceptionally rude service (if you could even call it that), even small tasks or requests seem to displease staff and as a customer you feel as though a favour is being provided even though it is you whom is the one paying, one would think the staff would be more appreciative of having a job whilst many others in the community cease to be employed, im afraid its been long overdue for Australia post to pick up their game so i wont be holding my breath :(

Dont know the difference between to and from on parcels and make no attempt to correct their errors. They dont automatically get to their destination when posted to the from address........ Edit - 5 weeks later and the 900gram parcel still hasnt left the lodgement post office. They are literally holding a fully paid for and clearly addressed parcel hostage for absolutely no reason. Australia Post has attempted to ring them repeatedly and cant get anybody to answer the phone. They were then sending an area manager around. I have had to complain to the ombudsman to get a simple parcel delivered to Sydney. Go to another post office.

Old building but will organized.. Friendly staff.
