Betta Geelong were just wonderful to deal with. I purchased some items for a new home, but the settlement date kept getting pushed back. The team could not have been more helpful, always ready to assist and amend the delivery date. they must have gotten sick of me, but they never showed it. Similarly, the delivery guys were great. They were very polite, quick, efficient and placed everything where I wanted it. All in all a great shopping experience from beginning to end.

Just picked up a last minute Birthday present (Russell Hobbs Juicer) for my sister. Big thank-you to Rob and Joel for their excellent customer service and friendly advice. It was a pleasure shopping at Betta Geelong. I would highly recommend this store. Thanks guys.

Staff very keen for a sale some items priced some not go back nah

Fantastic service and quality bought a new fridge and tv on Saturday and because we live close was delivered in one hour, the staff are all fantastic nothing was too much trouble would highy recommend...we will be back
