BCC Computers

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by BCC. Every time I have an IT problem they have a solution. They even fixed a small issue immediately and free of charge. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very professional and have good prices as well.

Been there only a couple of times and although the staff are knowledgable, they have little stock on the shelf, so I guess they exist on repairs.

Ordered & paid for printer online, to be picked up from store. After several days I phoned to see if it was ready. Man said he would check & get back to me. 36 hours later I sent a Messenger message asking for the printer or a refund. The next day PayPal told me my money had been refunded. No one ever contacted me :-(

Listened carefully as I described problem I was having. Clearly explained what they would do to identify and remedy the issue. Went through what problems they'd found with my laptop atorage and what actions they'd taken. Very professional, prompt and helpful. Thank you An and Brendan.
