Great Customer Service!nOne stop shop. Conveniently located.

Nice helpful staff, this shop famously visited by local Koala bear who strolled around the shop. Unfortunately gum leaves were not in stock, so he left. Once had extensive toy stock, seem to have cut back a bit, liked shopping here, but moved house so we don't go so often now.

I've had to go there a few times for parcel collection. They have 2 male staff members (dark complexion) always there none of them ever says hello back when you enter the shop and say hi! No eye contact! And when I ask a question they first walk away... silently...stern faces...checking out the outside of the shop...checking his phone...then 30 or 60 awkward seconds later of me staring at them wondering what I did wrong, he answers in the most indifferent way humanly possible...while looking at another customer which is very confusing....I leave the shop in awe of the depth of this catastrophic customer care! HOW?!nThis happened every time I went there! Absolutely disgusting! I will report them!

The new staff a terrible. They act like they do NOT want to be at work and use little to no words. Clueless and very unhelpful, and it took forever to post 2 parcels. Even though they are open all day Saturday, I will never be going back.
