Australia Post - Gilles Plains LPO

Terrible customer service, for no reason. Would definitely keep driving to a different Australian Post and avoid this one.

Post Office/ Newsagent/lottery all in one. Regular post office hours. 9am -5.30pm

Was talking with the staff through phone about my parcel, then he stopped talking and hanged up the phone. I tried to call back but no one answer after that. I tried again after 5 minutes, then after 15 mins but no hopes at all.

Can’t remember the last time I encountered such rude behaviour from the staff! You will never see me again! You’re a disgrace to all Australia post outlets!

Very poor customer service. Most of the time, we receive other people’s mails in our letter box. One day we received someone’ Registration( which is very Important) in our letter box. And today I received my important document opened and torn which was very important for us. It seems it was delivered st wrong address and they opened it wrongly. And it was repaired by Australia Post, which is useless now. Its shame...
