Hazel and the team at White Lady funerals showed care and compassion and supported our family through a distressing time. It was the little things asking for a photo, letting us share our memories, keeping us informed of the process along the way. From our first meeting and as we walked into the chapel it felt right, a beautiful place to farewell and celebrate Mum's life. I would highly recommend Hazel and the team at White Lady Funerals Hillcrest. As they will show care, empathy and compassion during a difficult time.

I don't normally take the time to post reviews, but in this case I feel I should.nWe recently used White Lady at Hillcrest for my Mother in law's funeral. From the first time we made contact, through to the funeral, all the ladies were caring and compassionate and made us feel at ease with the process.nEven with Covid19 restrictions, we feel that they did everything they could to give my Mother in law a fitting send off.nThank you!

The White Lady's are so caring and kind, they gave my family the best support and service at such a devastating time. There white uniforms looked lovely on the day of the funeral and everything way done with grace and sophistication.

This was a very low level experience with white lady hillcrest, very outdated, very rushed service, very unengaged staff not all but almost all, I personally was shocked when I overheard one of the lady's talk to another lady about a gay member in out family, disgrace. Such a shame my family choose this place as it was not that good
