Had an awesome day! Crew were excellent-- really appreciated their light hearted sense of humour. Great value- includes an intro scuba dive and plenty of snorkelling. Lunch was delicious and the wine and cheese on return was the perfect way to finish. Would definitely go again with these guys!

It was a brilliant day! The crew is Epic!! we loved Alex and the marine biology snorkel. The intro dive was brilliant with Martin as well (except I chickened out)

We had a fantastic time on the Reef Experience trip. The check-in was so smooth, you didn't have to queue at the counters like the other tours did. You could go straight to the boat. The crew were amazing, always smiling and very very helpful. We had booked a deluxe option so had our own in-water guide, Jayde, who was very attentive throughout the day and made sure that we were always looked after. The food was lovely, we had tasty BBQ grilled right on the boat, as well as cooked breakfast, fresh fruit platters, sparkling wine, cheese, crackers. What we also liked was that this was a small local company that was running the tour. They were really interested in making sure everybody was satisfied on board. Their ops manager was talking to everyone at the end of the tour to check they were happy with the day. If I'm ever back to the Reef, I'll be choosing Reef Experience again.

We had a great time on the Reef with Reef Experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and organized while never making us feel rushed or regimented. The snorkeling and diving were excellent and the afternoon marine biology snorkel tour was excellent and well worth the $25 additional charge. We’re vegetarian and the staff accommodated our food preference nicely. Highly recommended!
