Ian youre doing a great job, love coming in to see your smiling face behind the counter. Its a shame about the older lady who is the owner. Your attitude is garbage and might be time to retire. If I could choose to get my parcels in town I would. Don't yell at your trainees.

Those who have has a bad experience, don't know why, Young Bloke Tim always helpful and polite, not sure older Blokes name but he is just as helpful. Maybe it was the way you were to them that you got what was deserved. Who knows?

This really is the worst customer service experience to date. The staff are incredibly rude, arrogant and unhelpful. A lady serving at the post office counter was too busy telling off a new young employee to listen to my clear instructions on a parcel that needed to be posted internationally and after I Paid for and completed the packaging required she said it was wrong one to use and I didn’t explain that it was to be posted internationally. Would not provide refund or simply charge me extra for the additional cost. Will not go there ever again and do not recommend anyone else either

All the staff are clueless and rude. they work the poor young trainees to death and the old man who works there harasses the female staff. if i could choose where my parcels went this dump would not be on my list. also everything is over priced and cheap like the owner
