Each time we had reason to visit to discuss the arrangements we were greeted with understanding and compassion. The service you conducted was with great dignity and caring, leaving us with some beautiful memories and making this very sad time a lot easier for our family. David Boyes was a true gentleman from the very first phone call all the way to the funeral. Made it easy for me to deal with the death of my father and also organizing the funeral from a distance. I wanted a nice and simple funeral because its what my dad would have wanted and David delivered it issue free. Prices are also really decent and unlike some other funeral places I had contacted first he never tried to play on my emotions to gain a bigger sale. It has taken me a while to come around to writing this review, after my dad passed away in March this year. Nikki and her team were fantastic and made a horrible time in my families life more bearable, by guiding us through planning my dads send off with respect and so much care with the details. Nikki was only too happy to help rectify an issue that arose with my dads death certificate and especially with the beginning phases of Covid, she was always updating my family on any issues for the funeral. I'm so greatful and glad we pre arranged my dads funeral back in February. Then when we were faced with the Covid restrictions all the arrangements had to be juggled around, and I just wanted to thank Nikki for her support and compassion given to me as for nothing was too much trouble. My beautiful dad is finally RIP all thanks to Mid West Funerals.
