Very impressed with this store, Pete was the man to see regarding a Minelab Metal Detector, his knowledge and practicality with the product was outstanding. We had to purchase one so thanks Pete.
So when they were on the mall this was the best place in town by far for product and service i personally went there quite a lot.. but now they have moved to Chapman Rd it has all gone downhill the service is rude they look at you like you are there to rob the place. They pounce on you before you get 5 seconds in the door and won't even look you in the eye personally this is why Geraldton businesses are dying because you can get whatever you want online for cheaper.. i have tried on two separate occasions and I won't try again ill just take my cash somewhere else and thats disappointing because Ive spent thousands when they were on the mall.... in reply to the owners request with the reply i have instantly called back at 3:31and asked for a Steve or taz but they have both gone home for the day... i went in there today again to see if things have changed and felt let down with the service again even brang my sister with me as a witness to the service.. what a shame
