The service at Opus is well above what I have had at other music shops. Col and Ash always go out their way to make you welcome, discuss your reason for the visit, and offer great advice. They are not pushy trying to sell you a guitar or amp, and for that it is worth the visit. Well done Opus and thank you for all your help. (The only reason I went four star is because I feel guilty if I go in there and don't buy anything)

The staff here are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all things music!nThere is a chilled, laid back feel to the shop which boosts a large array of every instrument under the sun. Nothing is too much bother, if it’s not in stock it can be ordered and service is usually very quick and efficient.
