Recently had a pathology test and confirmed with the lady working there that not cost would be incurred. The next week I receive a bill for $75 in the mail. After numerous calls with staff who were unable to rectify the situation I spoke to Damelsa Belcher and the accounts team who refused to accept any responsibility and basically said it's the GP's fault and not theirs and pretty much tough luck if you don't pay it straight away we will add a late fee and get debt collectors onto it. Would recommend a different pathology company who are more transparent with their customer's.
