My next appointment is with Lydia for colouring she was great explaining the right colour I needed to bring warmth into my hair colour that will suit my face. I had a wonderful first experience Genero, who said he was leaving the next wk but reassurred that all staff were gd but that Gabbi was new & very talented, I hav bked for my next cut with her. The service is wonderfull with the mini massage at the beginning, didn't try to push products on me & the price was alot less than what i had been paying at my last salon & the result was fantastic

Ended up being charged $150 more than originally quoted. The cut was good and the colour was okay but not the colour I had asked for. The staff weren’t very warm and the atmosphere in the salon was cold and a little pretentious. It didn’t feel like the staff wanted to be there at all. Lastly, I wasn’t offered any tea, coffee or magazines during my three hour visit. I sadly wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
