Kas, Maddie and Sasha are an amazing team! They really care for their clients and also do an amazing job! I have been to many salons around here and was always disappointed with their cookie cutter approach and little or no attention to quality. I love this salon and the quality they deliver at amazing prices!

Highly recommend the service provided by Maddy and Kaz. Maddy gave me the best haircut I have had in a while and her attention to detail was fantastic. I would most certainly be going back to them for their excellent customer service.

The worst customer service experience of my life at this place and I will NEVER be back. I was quoted between $40-70 to have my daughter's hair styled for her year 6 formal. It was a very simple do, 15 minutes work and was surprised to be charged $69.95. I wasn't able to question the charges at the time because I wasn't there, my husband took her. I called to say I was unhappy with the price and was given no apology or explanation about why it cost $70 for a basic 15 minute style. We went in person because we couldn't resolve it over the phone. The manager was rude, completely unapologetic, very begrudgingly gave a measly refund and left me feeling still ripped off and very upset . Also very taken aback to hear 'I dont care what you think, I've got enough customers' as we left the salon. This salon does not deserve your custom.

Needs a lesson in basic customer service. We were unhappy about the quality and cost of a ‘do’ - poorly done and charged more than quoted, and when we tried to address this with the manager, received a belligerent, defensive reaction. The first rule of customer service is to say, ‘I’m sorry you are not happy’. We got no apology whatsoever and we were basically told he did not need or want our business.nnI am flabbergasted that anyone runs a business like this today. Why would you want to leave your clients angry and disappointed and determined never to return?
