Valaxus

Hi, well my old PC decided to have a hissy fit, it went into a reboot cycle I couldn't fix. In desperation I phoned Valaxus who told me to go there the next morning at 9.00 pm. I arrived and Nick took my PC and told me his father Wayne would repair it the same day. I also asked him to fix my USB 3 card problem. By 3.00 pm it was fixed, Wayne had made a bespoke power cable for my USB3 card and fixed the other problem. At $149 I thought it was a bargain and would recommend them.

I got my gaming pc fixed here and I couldn't believe! how great the service was!! I talk to person name nick and he was most pleasant and nice bloke to talk to and very helpful. it was cheap for the quality of parts they added to fix my pc was incredible.... it look like it was unfixable but some how they managed to fix it, I couldn't believe it! i highly recommend to come here, you have the best experience and service and price, ill be telling my friends and family to come here if they have computer problems as other business in our local area never gave this much service, i just want say thanks nick!!, you made our day and fixed my pc for my business you saved me!! go check it out people you will no regret it!

I got a internet and mobile contact through here, and I just wanted to tell everyone how much of friendly and service I experience here, I used go with Telstra a big company but they stop caring about me and ripping me off, so I thought I try this place and never regret it, I was bit scared to try as its small business, but in end it payed of and I get way better service then I ever did on Telstra, and theres funny story to this, I became friends with the owner and I play golf with him ahha he was just so friendly I chatted to him for ages and now gold buddies haha, so I highly recommend this place, ill be telling my friends and friendly about it!!!

I was new to Woolgoolga when I first went to Valaxus to rescue my Mac, and both Wayne and Nick bent over backwards to ensure that I barely lost a days work. From keeping in touch through the whole repair process, to affordably sourcing every part, they could not have done more. Since then I've felt so confident knowing that I don't need to worry about anything computer, phone, internet or website related because they are a phone call away and right here in Woopi.
