I don't go here often as I don't live nearby, but when I do, the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Its my go to in the area. Excellent work guys 😊

30 mins for a simple script

I’ve been a customer of Calanna Pharmacy for twenty years. The staff are amazing. They always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. Calanna has their customer service spot on.

I visited this morning with my prescription. I believe I was the only one waiting with the prescription no much people at all. I was told by the sales staff it won’t be long and I believed her as there was no other customer around. When I was waiting and looking around another person came and pharmacist started chatting with that person in regards to medicine and from their conversation I could make out that he was a known person to her. I kept waiting again sales staff offered me to help but my prescription was still with the pharmacist and she was still busy chatting. Other clients who came after me were getting their medicine probably I had to wait because I needed an antibiotics. Again I went to sales staff to enquire but sales staff was very apologetic and informed me that Pharmacist cannot be disturbed or hurried which I understand so I took my prescription back and left the pharmacy and all this was happening in front of the pharmacist she was aware of the situation I believe. Am also a medical practitioner and understand I have to wait if it’s really rush hour but it was not. Being medical professionals one should have courtesy for other waiting patient who is also sick. Pharmacist could have excused and given me the medicine if she wanted to have long conversation with that client as I was waiting more than expected.
