Had some amazing customer service today. The pharmacist Alice is an absolute star! Gave me very good medical advice and was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the customer care this afternoon. Thankyou guys so much xxx

I am really disappointed to be writing such a review, I never do this but after the discrimination I encountered today I’m not staying quiet. I am a heavily tattooed woman, I also work in retail. Today I entered the store round 12pm, I was greeted by an older woman short hair with glasses, she was working the door and front entrance. I proceeded to the counter with my products, I was at the counter with my purse in my hand paying when this woman came over and asked to check my bag whilst I was paying! Not only was there a line of people behind me, however she didn’t ask anyone else which made me feel extremely targeted! I understand that she was doing her job but she at least could have waited until I was leaving through the door to check my bag like other retail stores. I felt so isolated in this situation as I was the only one treated this way, whilst I was paying! No one else was asked at the counter for their bags to be checked. There’s a correct process to do this and I see no other reason why I was treated this way apart from the fact that I am tattooed. So please train your staff in the correct process of loss prevention and not have them heckle your customers whilst they are trying to pay at the counter, whilst also making them feel targeted.

Friendly staff, always heaps of them there reflecting multicultural population of Cairns. Big range of products. The discount amount that Chemist Warehouse chain state against other products though is often exaggerated.

Recently, I went in to this Pharmacy to pick up some medications because I was feeling unwell. I was served by a Pharmacist named Alice, she was not only sympathetic to my situation but went above and beyond to understand my illness and provided great remedies. She is very efficient in what she does and her customer service is impeccable. I will be coming to this Pharmacy from now on, although it is a bit of a drive compared to my local one, but it will be well-worth it. So a big Thank you!!!
