Star Discount Chemist Smithfield

Opening time states 9am. That's when I got there this morning with my script. Not open. Waited at the see through concertina doors until 9.06am There were 3 or 4 staff inside pottering about and not one of them acknowledged me. Was going to knock on the door to get their attention but then I thought "no" I'll take my business elsewhere. Alive Pharmacy will get my business from now on.

I went to this chemist yesterday looking for some vitamins, and I was impressed with the massive range they have. They also had lots of specials which was great. I was served by a lovely lady with tattoos named Jessica who was friendly and very helpful, she gave me lots of in-depth information and explained it well in a way I could understand. I will definitely be going back to this store. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Jessica.

They were helpful in what I need done

Went in today looking for some creams and bandaids for sensitive skin. Staff member was attentive and quickly helped me to find what I needed. I expected this place to be more expensive because it is on the smaller side, however there were lots of sales and specials which made it comparable to other larger chemists. I would shop here again.

I was in store yesterday and needed advice on some products I was looking for and I received excellent service from the staff, they were friendly and very helpful to answer my queries and accomodate for my needs.
