I find Leah and the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They take the time to help us get the care we need. The delivery service is also fantastic.

-called because doctor was sending over script for me. Was told they didn't have it -had to call back doctor to get them to resend it over; they were annoyed as they were busy and had definitely already sent it. Resent it for me -call back pharmacy over 30 times in the next hour and nobody answers -go into pharmacy to physically check if they have received it and there is one customer in the store and at least 5 staff working -medication is for depression and anxiety and I was already a couple days late taking them so experience was particularly unpleasant

My husband chose to have blister packs to keep his medications sorted for him. Yesterday the beta blocker was missing and today there were three doses in the section. Fortunately he is able & aware to check daily. It was not viewed seriously by the chemist on duty. We find this alarming to say the least & no longer trust the service.

Have been going here for years. Always friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. Highly recommended.

Having many medical issues and taking more medications than I can count I have to say I have not found a better chemist from Brisbane to charters towers and everywhere inbetween. All my medications are dealt with promptly and even with numerous changes sometimes on a weekly basis there has never been a hint of annoyance. Leah is a joy to deal with as was Laura (currently on maternity leave). The girls that work there go out of their way to help everyone that I have seen and are always quick to serve you and every single one is as friendly as can be. If I ever move (god forbid) I will still be using this chemist- for their respect and genuine caring by all the ladies there they have a life long customer. I thank them every time for their help and I hope someone shows all the staff and the owner this review so they know how truly appreciated they are!
