I was on holiday in Cairns last week and had a need to go to a pharmacy on Sunday. I want to thank the lovely lady who helped me. I needed to explain quite a personal medical condition to be sure to get the correct item. She was so thoughtful and genuinely caring I wanted to hug her. Thank you so much, I am sorry I did not get your name but was very happy to meet you. I hope by posting my photo you will remember me and then know who my thanks is meant for.

I use Terry White Chemists regularly. They are always friendly, efficient and prescriptions are always done in a timely way considering there are some busy periods. Stores are always clean and now after refurbishment, the Cairns Central Shopping Center store, is set out well when you may need other items. If you need cysromer service assistance to find items in aisles they are always willing to help. No age bias here. The Chemist is available for advice and customers can ask questions. Note, it can take a little time to talk with Chemists anywhere as they are busy often. Chemists are highly qualified and do explain medications carely and list safety issues about what you have been prescribed. They can assist in advising non prescription items to assist you including if you wish or could take other non prescribed items with your medicines. Cairns store in Cairns Central operates at same level as other stores. Its always been a pleasant experience for me.

Top floor of Cairns Central. Top chemist too. AKA pharmacy and drugstore in some countries. Doctors' prescriptions expertly filled. This store has a very wide range of so much more. If you cannot see a doctor but want professional medical assistance, this is the place to ask.

This is a very nice fresh store with lovely staff. I look forward to visiting it again
