Chemist Warehouse

I come to this store because of convenience. As the Cairns City store is better stocked and the Chemists are much more helpful.

I will never shop here again. Before I went I made sure they sold a certain item. Could not find it, so tried to help help. Asked the girl at the register so she dinged a bell no one came. She just left me standing there. Went looking for help, just got ignored. Apparently saying excuse me could have help some help please in a nice voice gets you no where, maybe I should have been nasty or sarcastic might have worked. So you can thank your staff as you lost a customer that was going to send a couple hundred dollars. Went to the opposition costed me about the same but got help with a smile. This is not the first time at this store, but it will be the last

Total disgrace this store. I went there this morning at 9.20am and there were a couple of people seated waiting for their scripts to be filled and nobody else. I stood there for 10 minutes and the pharmacists assistant walked passed me a dozen times and ignored me. I went to the front counter to complain and he rang the pharmacist and he wanted to know what I wanted!! The guy at front counter told me someone would be there and to go back. I went back and guess what the same guy walked by me for another 5 minutes until I left and went to another chemist. Lack of staff and poorly trained I will avoid this store like the plague. I will be talking it up with CW senior management.

I find it difficult to be in this store with so many sources of sound from the general music, several different screens playing different info-adverts. I would not bring someone with sensory processing concerns here.

I love this store, always plenty of car parking available, they have a huge range of stock, the prices are the cheapest in Cairns and the staff are always friendly and efficient. I am so happy this chemist is in my local area.
