Easy car parking, great staff

Incredibly slow. Even with no one in, you'll wait 30min+ for a script to be filled. I've waited up to and sometimes over an hour for a simple script.

Very quick to fill my scripts

My family and I have been attending the Smithfield Central Doctors clinic for approximately 2 years and we have found the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. The Clinic is well set up in that it offers a wide range of services via the different skill set of the Doctors on staff, as well as the facility includes a large treatment room with qualified Nursing staff who perform among their many tasks immunizations for both children and adults. The medical facility offers online booking services that is uncomplicated and therefore very user friendly. In the time I have been attending the medical facility I have been looked after by Dr Jonathan Wright. I have found him to be very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring, supportive and dedicated in his dealing with patients. He is a great listener and isn’t judgmental which enables him to treat a broad cross section of the community successfully.

Came into the pharmacy yesterday I was served by Michael the pharmacist who was very patient understanding and helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I had then went down to the registers and was served by a Emily M at 4:07pm as per my receipt. This girl was so rude! While standing in line waiting to be served a customer had walked in and asked if they sold batteries. Her response was " No, I don't know have a look down the back" . I could see the batteries from where I was so I had pointed the batteries out to him and told him where they were. By the time I had been served by Emily her lack of customer service remained the same. "Giving a smart remark isn't a great idea love!"
